What does the trip planning process look like?Schedule a Complimentary Consultation (15-30 minutes) – We’ll discuss your travel preferences, interests, and must-haves while giving you insight into how I work to create seamless, memorable trips. Confirm Your Planning Service – If you're ready to move forward, a planning fee secures the start of your personalized itinerary. Once you confirm, you'll receive an email with a secure invoice—simply complete the payment, and your journey with Fly Escapes officially begins! Review & Refine Your Proposal – I’ll present a customized travel proposal based on our discussion. You’ll have the opportunity to review and request any adjustments to ensure your trip is exactly how you envision it. Secure Your Travel Plans – Once you approve the proposal, you’ll receive a secure invoice via email to make the necessary payment(s) to confirm your trip. Your invoice will remain accessible at any time, allowing you to make payments until the final due date. For security reasons, we do not accept cash or payments over the phone. Can I make reservations for multiple travelers?Absolutely! We can even split invoices to accommodate multiple payers on a reservation if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept PayPal for planning fees only, all travel arrangements are paid via credit card only.

Are there any booking fees?In order to ensure we are prioritizing clients who are ready to travel and need assistance, we have a trip planning fee based on the type of proposal needed. Planning fees are non-refundable.

What is your cancellation policy?We work with a variety of vendors who each have their own cancellation policy. Please refer to your invoice for the specific policies that apply to your booking. We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your investment. Additionally, in order to process your cancellation request, a $100 fee payable to Fly Escapes will be due. Planning travel involves time and effort to secure your arrangements. From reservations to coordination with multiple vendors, work has already been done to organize your trip. Cancellation fees help to compensate for these efforts. You can avoid agency cancellation fees by rescheduling your travel instead of cancelling.

Can I book flights, hotels, and activities separately?Absolutely! We have a lot of clients that prefer to book their airfare with miles or points. We can arrange as little or as much of your vacation as you prefer

Can I choose my seat in advance?Please provide us with your seat preferences and we will accommodate them when possible. If seat selection is available for your booking, your seats will be chosen in advance.

Can I request special accommodations (e.g., wheelchair-accessible rooms)?Absolutely! Please tell us all of your accessibility needs so that we can be sure to plan accordingly.

How do I request special arrangements for celebrations (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries)?We are happy to do the planning for you! Please tell us what you would like to arrange and we will assist you with making those plans.

Can you arrange tours or activities for specific interests?We can! Let us know on your consultation call everything you’d like to see and do and we will get it worked into your trip planning.

How can I cancel my booking?Please email us at flyescapes8@gmail.com for all cancellation requests. A cancellation fee of $100 will be added to your invoice and must be processed prior to the cancellation of your travel arragements.
